These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ameritech Manufacturing website at ameritechmfg.com. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Ameritech Manufacturing has built and serviced commercial pressure washing equipment in Tampa, Florida since 1988. We manufacture A-frame and skid mount pressure washing systems and custom wash trailers, we supply pumps, parts, accessories and cleaning chemicals, and we provide repair and authorized warranty service.
These terms cover this website. Purchases are completed on our Shopify storefront at shop.ameritechmfg.com, which is also subject to Shopify's own terms and to the store policies published there. Where a store policy and these terms conflict on a purchase, the store policy governs that purchase.
We work hard to describe our equipment accurately. Even so:

Submitting a quote request, a custom build request or a service estimate request through this website does not create a contract and does not reserve equipment or a service slot.
A quote becomes binding only when we issue it to you in writing and you accept it in writing. Unless the quote says otherwise, quoted pricing is valid for 30 days, and custom build and trailer pricing depends on the final specification and on component costs at the time of build.
Orders placed through our Shopify store are processed by Shopify, which handles payment. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Freight items such as complete systems, trailers and tanks ship by carrier and require inspection on delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and tell us the same day.
Returns, cancellations and restocking are handled under the policies published on the store. Custom builds, custom trailers, made to order assemblies, opened chemicals and special order parts are generally not returnable. Contact us at (813) 978-0809 or info@ameritechmfg.com before returning anything so we can authorize it.
Equipment we sell that is manufactured by others, including engines, pumps and motors, carries the warranty of its manufacturer. Those warranties belong to the manufacturer and are subject to their terms, their exclusions and their claims process.
Ameritech is an authorized warranty service center for Baldor, Cat, Comet, General, Giant, Honda, Summit and Titan. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear, freeze damage, running a pump dry, cavitation, lack of maintenance, use of improper chemicals, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by inadequate water supply.
Service labor is billed at our posted shop rate. We will tell you the estimate before we do the work.
The website itself is provided as is. The content on this site, including the knowledge base, is general guidance offered in good faith. We make no warranty that it is complete, current or suited to your particular job.
This matters more than anything else on this page. Commercial pressure washing equipment operates at pressures and temperatures that can cause serious injury or death.
Information on this site does not replace manufacturer instructions, formal training, or your own judgment on site. You are responsible for operating equipment safely and lawfully.
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest it by automated means for a competing commercial purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to submit false, abusive or misleading information through our forms.
